Expats Direct is a trading brand of MovarOS Pty Ltd, an Australian company. MovarOS Pty Ltd owns and operates this website, expatsdirect.net, and the services offered through it.

What we do
Expats Direct connects people moving abroad with trusted partners to provide international household moves and pet transport. Our online quote system gives you an estimated cost and helps you plan your move.
We partner with freight forwarders, customs agents and local door-to-door delivery companies to complete each move. We act as a facilitator between you and these partners to coordinate your shipment. Transport and final delivery are carried out by independent providers, so their own terms may also apply.
Where we move you
We arrange household moves to Australia, Canada, France, Thailand and the United Kingdom, from the other countries on that list and from the United States. We also arrange pet transport into and out of Australia.

Quotes and pricing
- A quote is a non-binding estimate based on the information you submit. It stays an estimate until our team confirms it in writing.
- The final price can change with customs duties or inspection fees, changes in shipment size or contents, and local delivery access or special handling requirements.
- Full payment terms are given before you confirm a booking.
